Whirlpool washing machines with LED indicators

Whirlpool washing machines with LED indicators and with either seven or four buttons on the control panel have error codes described below…
Each LED corresponds to a specific error code!

1. “KEY” (A – General error) → E-02, E-03

2. “GRID” (B – Drain time too long) → E-01

3. “FAUCET” (C – Fill time too long) → E-00

4. “PADLOCK” (D – Door lock error) → E-04

ERROR CODE DESCRIPTIONS FOR ALL MODELS:

Fill time too long:

• Water fill is considered failed after 5 minutes.

• The wash cycle completes, then displays error code E-00 on the LCD screen or the C LED lights up.

• The display is reset after performing a program cancellation.

Drain time too long:

• Drain is considered failed after 20 minutes if the pressure switch remains in the “full” state.

• The wash cycle completes, then displays error code E-01 on the LCD screen or the B LED lights up.

• The display is reset after performing a program cancellation.

Door lock error:

• The door lock should activate within 30 seconds from the start of the wash cycle.

• If the lock does not engage, the wash cycle completes, then displays error code E-04 on the LCD screen or the D LED lights up.

• The display is reset after performing a program cancellation.

TRIAC SHORT-CIRCUIT PROTECTION:

• In this case, the wash cycle completes, then displays error code E-02 on the LCD screen or the A LED lights up.

• The display is reset after performing a program cancellation.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR OUT OF RANGE / MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE EXCEEDED:

• In these situations, the wash cycle completes, then displays error code E-03 on the LCD screen or the A LED lights up.

• The display is reset after performing a program cancellation.
